Seven Lakes (Haftkul) — A Stairway of Lakes in the Fann Mountains
Seven Lakes is a unique chain of mountain lakes in the Fann Mountains near Panjikent. Each lake is at a different altitude and has its own color, character, and atmosphere.
The lakes from bottom to top:
1. Mizhgon — the first lake, bright turquoise and the most accessible
2. Soya — a calm lake with a green-blue tint
3. Khushyor — narrow and transparent, like a mountain mirror
4. Nofin — a deep lake with rich water color
5. Khurdak — small but very picturesque among the rocks
6. Marguzor — the largest and one of the most beautiful lakes in the valley
7. Khazorchashma — the upper lake at the foot of high mountains
